Process Description:

 Open End Coding is a process in Market Research that involves assigning numerical values to the respondent’s verbatims which simplifies the further analysis. The team primarily deals with open end responses of surveys that are conducted in UK & US. With the help of a specialized tool called Ascribe, the responses are assigned specific numeric values.

Position Description:

 Responsible for production of high quality, error-free output, ensure efficient workflow, study the process & implement it

· To understand client requirements, and reinterpret it while working with the team as and when required
