* Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
* Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
* Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
Job Description
*Undergraduates/Graduates with 1-2 years of International call center experinece will be preferable.
*Freshers can also apply.
*Excellent communication skills are required.
*Knowledge of basic computer operations.
*Flexible with 24/7 work environment.
Note: Candidates from West or North Delhi, will get fixed shifts 10 pm to 7 am, will have to commute via Metro, will get company cab facility from and to Noida Metro Station.
