Job Responsibilities –

· Troubleshooting to determine that the product/part is faulty or not. If so, creating the RMA (Return Material Authorization), where the faulty product is sent back by the customer and a refurbished part is shipped.

· Tracking the shipment end to end, and also updating the customer regarding the status of Shipment.

· Excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and c-sat.                           

Experience and Qualifications

1. Work experience of more than 6 months in an MNC.

2. Previous troubleshooting experience in any technical field.

Preferred Skills:

Logical bent of mind.

Excellent communication skills (spoken/written) with neutral accent

Qualification: Any Graduate
