 Role : "Officer - Payroll"

 Timely updation of new joiner details on the system and any change in employee personal information(e.g. change of address and bank details)

 Taking immediate action on exits to avoid overpayments

 Regular auditing of the payroll system to ensure that all exceptions are resolved correctly including sickness, absence and holidays entitlement

 Highlighting all outstanding exceptions to the Depot Senior Team. Resolving pay queries accurately within the set time lines

 Taking action ad hoc requests such as Paternity and Maternity

 Running ad hoc reports accurately and timely manner based on business request

 Understanding the different Terms and Conditions at our Depots. Adherence to payroll procedures as per any local agreements

 Experience required: 0 - 2 years of experience in any BPO International
