Job Profile:
Interacting with clients, understanding their needs and helping them by providing technical support to Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries working on all CISCO products
Experience Level: 1 – 4 yrs
Qualification - Any Graduate /BE / B Tech /Technical diploma for 3 yrs
Job Location : Gurgaon
Skills Required:
Troubleshooting exp.
Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Night Shifts).
Prior exp of Voice based technical support.
CCVP / CCNA-Voice Preferred;
CCNA Mandatory
Exposure to Voice over IP / TDM circuits.
Know-how of Call Signaling Protocols - SIP, H.323, MGCP.
Soft Skills: Good communication written as well as verbal.
Note: CCNA Certification is mandatory.
