We are looking for MBA Freshers who are good in decision making skills backed by quantitative abilities. Should have excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Candidates with Insurance qualification will be preferred.
Age group prefeered - 22 to 28 years.
Job Description -
•Understand the system process flow and ensure a check at all times that the system is functioning in order.
• Promptly highlight to all concerned the issues affecting the correct reflection of data in the system and to follow up with IT for identification and rectification of root cause.
• Lead discussions with business team and IT to understand the requirements of the systems to be developed.
• Documentation of the requirements and preparation of stories (business requirements) for IT.
• Regular supervision of the developments to ensure timelines is being met and to red flag all concerns.
• UAT of the developments to ensure that the same has been done as per requirements given.
• Manage and supervise the smooth roll out of all new developments.
• Providing support and guidance to users wherever required.
