Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Receive and review incoming work, prioritize, contact appropriate resources as needed; enter transactions into PC using multiple systems
• Upload data into various portals, both client and third party
• Verify accuracy; resolve general issues using multiple resources and records
• Prepare, edit, distribute , and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents/notes/entries
• Monitor queue, ensuring necessary property preservation work is completed
• Ensure all work is completed accurately in compliance with client specifications and company policies
Competencies:
• Good written communication skills
• Must be able to read and/or interpret numbers and letters correctly
• Must work with numbers to calculate timeframe
• Must demonstrate organization and prioritization skills to manage time
• Mortgage experience a plus
• Typing speed of 25 w.p.m. with 80% accuracy.
Requirements
• Must be able to join in September itself
• Must be flexible to work US shifts
• Only Non-Technical graduates need apply, preferably Graduates in Commerce, Economics, Arts, Science etc.
