Job Description
Process Description:
Open End Coding is a process in Market Research that involves assigning numerical values to the respondent’s verbatims which simplifies the further analysis. The team primarily deals with open end responses of surveys that are conducted in UK & US. With the help of a specialized tool called Ascribe, the responses are assigned specific numeric values.
Position Description:
Responsible for production of high quality, error-free output, ensure efficient workflow, study the process & implement it
· To understand client requirements, and reinterpret it while working with the team as and when required
· Ability to understanding and penetrate the business situation behind a request and help structure output appropriately, jointly with the client.
· To be able to produce output with consistency and accuracy as per process requirements
· Ability work with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
· Ability to work with team in high stress environment
Qualification:
Only - BA / B.COM / BBA - (2009/ 2010 Pass outs)
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
· Should be able to set up new templates
Soft Skills:
· Avg to Good business communication skills
· Creative, logical, common sense
· Ability to learn new applications
· Ability to train/problem solve
· Self-confident
Highlights-
Night shifts ( atleast 10-15 days in a month)
Night allowance over & above fixed salary – As per the policy
Compensation to be offered – 1.25L pa fixed + variable
Loyalty agreement for 14 months
Shall be promoted to JA level after 6 months
