Job Description:

 The candidates role is a “customer-facing” role, i.e. the first point of contact for all enterprises.

Customers will require assistance with a wide range of queries, including:

Ø T/S on Windows 2003, 2008, 2008r2, SCCM, SCMON, Win XP, Vista, Win7, Exchange 2007, IIS, ISA, SharePoint. These also include Cluster 2003, Cluster 2008, Hyper V, WDS, NLB & PKI.

Eligibility :

Ø Should be a graduate. (Engineers preferred)

Ø MCP (70/290) (Required), MCSE (Preferred) Certification.

Ø Prior experience in Windows Server Support.

Ø Basic Network Communication Knowledge.

Ø Understanding of Windows 2003 & 2008.

Ø Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Domain Environment.

  This is a 100% Technical process.
