Sr. Brand Manager - Innovation

Job Description   

Plan & deliver business objectives for the brand(s) (5-6) assigned.

Design processes and measures to enable building detailed consumer understanding and strong consumer insights·

Lead and generate consumer insights, to enable brand extensions and/or NPD

Create new insightful communication(s) and manage overall communication process on his/her brand in conjunction with the creative agency

Lead, co-ordinate and secure buy-ins from all relevant stakeholders including agencies and deliver brand(s) objectives·

The position would need to work closely with Business Development and R&D team.

Desired Profile     

Candidate should be fuill time MBA from good college.

Added exp in brand strategies, product launches or work exp as account planning from Advt or PR agencies are prefereable.

Should have atleast 3 yrs of brand mgt exp post MBA.

Should be from FMCG or OTC background only.

 Experience     4 - 7 Years
