Job Description  

 Experience on Desktop, Laptop and printer installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

 Experience on Windows, MS outlook, Outlook Express and L1 Hardware troubleshooting.

 Knowledge on Server installation, Active directory, User creation, user management etc.

 Should have knowledge on remote tools, Antivirus support, Windows/ Antivirus patch

 updating and good networking skills.

 Should have ability to work independently.

 Should possess good communication skills.
