Job Description
• Willing to work in a technical voice process inbound process
• Support for IT Infrastructure Client, troubleshoot & resolve issues related to Windows Hardware, Printers, Enterprise Applications like Outlook, VPN, Blackberry
• Basic computing skills
• Certifications like MCSE/CCNA /PMI/ITIL are preferred
Desired Profile
• Should possess 50% and above throughout academics
• Should not have more than 2 year gap in academics
• Willing to work in night shifts
• Willing to sign 2 year Service Agreement with us
• Willing to work in a technical voice process inbound process
• Good written and oral communication skills
