Job Description
> Installation and managing of Windows operating system
(Win98, 2000, XP professional, 2K3, Vista, Windows7)
> Installation and Troubleshooting of Hardware and Software
> Configure & managing outlook, outlook express, windows
mail.
> Add & remove user's in specific groups in Domain Server
> Handling Lotus users remotely using Teamviewer, vnc,
netmeeting
> Managing Symantec endpoint protection Manager & client
> Managing Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner
> Vendor co-ordination, supply Management and end user
support
> Resolution of user calls related to Desktop / Laptop (day to
day problem fixing)
> Update anti-virus tools periodically on client machines.
Walk - In Interview between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm (Monday to Friday).
