Research / Insurance / Walkins
Role Purpose:• Apply company policies and procedures required to process high value transactions.
• Analyze customer contract and contract summary sheet and prepare order paperwork to be used by transaction processing group to enter contract details into appropriate order processing systems
• Coordinate and communicate the requirement for consolidated billing and special billing instructions
• Request creation of contract, credit/rebill and provide information/update to end requestors
• Generating invoices, credit memo, enrolling new deals by creating agreements and contracts.
• Process all billing requests in accordance with the contract (HW/SW and Services)
• Manage Field and end customer expectation
• To maintain the quality of the work while working under pressure
