• Responsible for answering customer calls regarding technical issues (computer, printer, laptop etc) and abide by the prescribed norms
• Configuration of modem & router
• Removal of virus
• Installation of windows & MAC
• Configuration of computer peripherals (Printers, scanner etc.)
Education :
• Any graduate (10+2+3) or Diploma holder with basic knowledge of Hardware, Networking and Operating System
Skills:
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 80% accuracy is a mandatory requirement
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a neutral accent
• An aptitude for computer troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of hardware, networking and OS
Requirements
• Must be able to join immediately
• Copies of 10th, 12th and Graduation certificates to be produced at the time of interview for verification purpose
• Flexible to work in international Time zones, esp. US Shift
