ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

ü        Inbound  technical and customer service role supporting customers Voice medium.


ü        The associate is supposed to address and resolve customer’s issue pertaining to the process.

ü        Customer Focused approach.

ü       Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of personalities and situations.

Mandatory Skills Required

Typing Speed Minimum 30 to 40WPM with 90% accuracy

Communication (Verbal and/or Written) Able to clearly present information through the spoken and/or written word, influence or persuade others through oral presentation in positive or negative circumstances, listens well, able to write clearly in a variety of communication settings and styles.

    Good spoken and written communication skills in English  Operations Interview(Fluency)
Knows, understands and appropriately applies the technical /soft skills.

Knowledge Required:

Knowledge of computer applications

Opeating System.

Educational Qualification Required:

Graduate/10+2/ Freshers/ Experience
