"Ensure that IT Policy and Security policies are adhered to and managed effectively.
Operating System & Hardware maintenance.
OS patch updating
Layered software – like office suites , outlook troubleshooting/config , PST backup , mailclient setup
Software installation / reinstallation / fixes
Troubleshooting LAN / cabling/ network related problems
Antivirus patch updates, version update as per policy.
Applications installation.
Carry out upgrades installation
IMAC – Installation of desktop/ Laptop/ Printers/scanners/ MFPs as per the defined IT process, SOE (Standard operating Environment) and check off list
Desk side support to be provided in all locations.
Knowledge of network layers
Basic Knowledge about Leased Line / ISDN link/VSAT / Leased Line Modems
Would be required to undertake L1 troubleshooting of routers and Swiches.Hence knowledge about WAN/LAN active components is must"

3 yrs Diploma from recognised govt polytechnic with 2 years of relevant experience/BCA,BSc(It) with 1 years of experience , Btech (IT , electronics , CS) fresher , MSc (IT)/MCA Fresher
