Involves attending to customer calls and resolving their technical queries along with upselling. Rotational night shifts.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

Graduate : Fresher / Experienced

XII + 1 Yr Diploma : Fresher / Experienced

X + 3 Yrs Dipl : Fresher / Experienced

XII Pass : Min. 6 months of international BPO experience

X Pass : Min. 1 year of international BPO experience

Age: 18-35

Excellent communication

Working Knowledge of various Operation Systems, Networking and hardware
