Job Description / Function
1. Data Analysis of a complex product database in real-time.
2. Maintenance of client portals with pre defined business rules/guidelines
3. Query handling for all analysts
4. Conducting training for analysts on process activities
5. Auditing of work done by analysts & pulling of daily reports
Skill Sets
1. Expert Knowledge of MS Excel
3. Good analytical and problem solving skills
4. Good written and verbal communication
5. Intermediate knowledge of computers and electronics
7. Should be able to co-ordinate independently with clients
8. Willing to work in night shifts
Behavioral Competency
1. Very good written and verbal communication skills
2. Good analytical and reasoning skills
3. Good people skills
4. Ability to understand the client's requirements
Experience : - 0 to 2 yrs.
Age Bar: -Below 30 years
Work Location : Pune
Pickup & Drop Facilities : Centralised

There would be a Test comprising of General Aptitude, Analytical, and Basic computer skill test following this; if short listed there would be an HR interview and Technical round of Interview.
