• Production support experience , System Maintenance, Service Level Management and Operational Processes is required
• Must demonstrate in-depth understanding of configuration management and release management skills
• Must be self motivated and be able to work groups and must have good communication skills
• XML Knowledge
• Testing and deployment of J2EE code to meet customer requirements.

• 3+ years of Java/J2EE programming experience. Struts, JSP, Servlets, XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Webservices, Oracle PL/SQL, Websphere, EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Junit, UML, Toplink/Hibernate
• Experience in Struts,spring & Hibernate(Mandatory)
• 2+ years of experience in Websphere Application Server (Version 6.x)
• Experience in webservices ( Mandatory)
