Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· To support the client’s consumers through email.
· The Email Support Services Representative resolves customer’s post-sales requests, when possible in a single email
· Refers customers with technical download and compatibility issues to other appropriate web- based self help resources and / or technical support teams
· General awareness of online music and video industry
· Maintain awareness of potential Store promotional issues
Customer Focus (Internal and External) Is dedicated to meeting and strives to exceed the needs of internal and external customers by delivering high quality services
Mandatory Skills Required
Typing Speed Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Communication (Verbal and/or Written) Able to clearly present information through the spoken and/or written word, influence or persuade others through oral presentation in positive or negative circumstances, listens well, able to write clearly in a variety of communication settings and styles.
Knows, understands and appropriately applies the technical /soft skills.
Knowledge Required:
Knowledge of computer applications
Educational Qualification Required:
Graduate/10+2/Six months experience in a non voice/voice tech support
Others:
Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on Sundays & Public Holidays.
