Job Description:
· Responsible for answering customer service emails and abide by the prescribed norms
· Maintains high levels of domain expertise, soft-skills, and email writing skills
· Awareness on key metrics and targets
· Consistently deliver quality customer support
Education :
· Graduation / Diploma (10+2+3) (course completion certificate mandatory)
· 2009 pass-outs can also apply
Requirements:
· Flexible to work in any shift.
· Must possess average written and verbal communications skills.
· Should have a good working knowledge of computer operating systems and networks.
· Strongly skilled at diagnosing and identifying defects /issues.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment and the ability to adapt to change.
· Keyboarding Skill (WPM – 30) Accuracy (85%)
